This diamond-in-the-rough Victorian had much going for it including interesting architectural details and a large yard.  But, the rooms were small and the layout did not have any flow.  By removing walls and adding a new wrap-around porch, mudroom addition and new breakfast area bay, we were to make a contemporary, open, first floor layout while also enhancing the charm of the original 1870's Victorian.

The project included a complete gut renovation of all three floors including new kitchen, all new bathrooms, new master suite, new mechanicals including a geothermal system and new insulation throughout.
